4. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping costs depend on product size, weight, order volume, and delivery location.
For bulk, industrial, and international orders, shipping charges are calculated during the RFQ process. Any standard domestic retail shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines vary based on product type and order size.
• Standard domestic orders: typically 5–7 business days
• Bulk and industrial RFQ orders: timeline shared during quotation
• International shipments: usually 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery may be available for select small domestic orders.
COD is not available for bulk, industrial, RFQ, or international shipments.

For standard purchases, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.
For industrial, bulk, and RFQ orders, return and replacement terms are defined during the quotation and order confirmation stage.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them, before dispatch.
Bulk and RFQ orders follow agreed procurement terms and may not be cancelable after confirmation.
